Holiday Cheer For Interns

Featured is Mariana Ekmekchyan a special projects intern.

With the holidays upon us and the excitement of a new year around the corner, this time of year is one to reflect on all the good we have done and all of the cheer we have yet to give. It is a time when we all come together as one and celebrate our achievements together.

In the spirit of giving back, I found myself looking for an internship opportunity where I feel like I can contribute my time and earn volunteer hours for my school, and was delighted to find Ballet For All Kids. A dancer my whole life, I was excited to find this wonderful opportunity for volunteer hours I needed for school because I am able to contribute to a wonderful cause in a field I enjoy so very much. BFAK provides an amazing platform upon which students of all abilities can learn and enjoy the art of dance via the Schlachte Method.

Anyone 12 years old and over can apply to be an intern. There are three basic internship categories: Special projects intern (can be virtual or in-person), junior intern (virtual), and senior intern (in-person). More information about the details of each role can be found on our website.

Best of all, we can work together to have fun and enjoyable way while contributing to a great cause.
